WHAT we do--RanchKeys designs ranch management plans specific to a person's desires, needs, and land capabilities, whether it be for hunting and wildlife management, cattle management, or crop and forage management. Depending on what your land offers, you could have two, three, or even four possible enterprises from which to choose.
We also look into turning something that could be bothersome into something that could generate a profit and give you even more options, such as: selling rock to landscaping companies and trapping and selling hogs.
HOW we do it--Our initial meeting will be to sit down and discuss what you want out of your land. Understanding your expectations and desires for your land assessment is crucial so that you are happy with the project results. After this meeting, the work process begins.
The process will start off with a detailed inventory of what your land holds. This can be anything from buildings, vehicles, and cattle pens to grasses, soils, and water access. This inventory will help to narrow what will be best for what you have.
Other than the initial inventory, the majority of the work is done in the RanchKeys office in Fort Worth, Tx. There, we will evaluate and analyze the information taken from the inventory to generate the different possibilities that your ranch may possess. For every possible project that we suggest, we will create a plan on how to implement and manage it.
