The Texas Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association is a great way to learn more about the cattle business.  Their annual conventions and Schools for Successful Ranching are a great way to meet other people in the industry as well as learn more about our business.

This course is fun, educational, and free to agricultural educators and producers.  In one weekend, you will learn the importance of producing a more uniform and higher quality beef product.  You will look at live cattle through a video, and then follow up with a hands on grading and fabrication process.  For dates, contact info, and more information on the course, see the links below.
